Feligenio Medeiros is the co-founder and editor of the digital magazine FEEL PORTUGAL IN THE USA. In July 2013 he, along with David Mendonça, co-founded the Portuguese-American Cultural Exchange, Inc. (PaceFado.com) a non-profit organization that engages US and Portuguese cultures through fado music. In 2012 he launched the website FadoNight.com, an online resource to identify venues featuring live fado in the US and PortugueseDishes.com a site dedicated to promoting Portuguese food and the Portuguese restaurants in New England. Feligenio is one of the founders of the Woburn Residents’ Environmental Network. In 2003 he started the Woburn Summer Concert Series, which continues to this day. He is a former owner of the Vellucci Insurance Agency, Inc. in Cambridge, Massachusetts, a business that he owned until 2008. Feligenio’s digital media and web design experience expressed on his extended website portfolio featuring Portuguese restaurants, clubs, and organizations. He is also a passionate professional photographer specializing in food photography, fado events and performers. Feligenio is a US citizen and a native of the Azores Islands.
