Labor Day weekend is the unofficial end of summer. We say it’s one last excuse to get together and celebrate. There are plenty of festas (festivals) that take place in Portuguese communities across New England on that weekend. One of the most popular north of Boston is Our Lady of Loreto in Lowell, MA.
